Refund policy

Returns:

There is a 7-day return policy. This means that returns must be registered with us within the first 7 days of receipt of delivery by email at paulamendesboutique@gmail.com. After your email, you will receive more detailed return instructions within 24 to 48 hours.
The price you paid will be refunded to you. Unannounced returns and packages that are not addressed with name and order number
cannot be processed. There is no right of return for items from clearance sales, sales or other special prices. This excludes normal discount codes. These are not considered special sales and can be returned.
